Women of Promise:  Emerging Leaders Pilot Program

The WFA is finishing up the Emerging Leaders Pilot Program - a pilot program designed to cultivate skilled,

astute women who will affect positive social change.  All pilot programs are reviewed by the WFA at their completion.

Step One:  Complete an Online Application

Step Two:  Submit a Resume

E-mail a resume as an attachment that lists your work experience including employer, title, dates of employment, and responsibilities (begin with your current or most recent position and work backwards). In addition, list all academic institutions attended along with your degree, major, and relevant dates. We are also interested in equivalent forms of non-formal education.

Step Three:  Letters of Recommendation

Two recommendation letters supporting your candidacy are required. References must be submitted by people who know you in a professional or volunteer capacity. One letter must be completed by an employer or by an organization that is endorsing your participation in the "Emerging Leaders" program.
